New You have identified a new lead.
In Progress The lead is legitimate and you intend to learn more about them.
Attempted to Contact You are attempting communication but have not connected.
Connected You’ve connected with the lead and are working to qualify the opportunity.
Open Deal You have created a deal for the qualified lead.
Unqualified You connected with the lead and established they are unqualified.
Bad Timing You connected with the lead and established timing is not right.
Bad Lead The lead is spam or they are not qualified as a viable lead and should be removed from the system.
