Learn How to View Activity on a Contact Record in HubSpot

If you find that you are in a contact (or any object) record and can’t view activity on a contact record we made this video to show you how to filter the activity. Just want to see website visits? Or may you only want to view workflow history or ad engagement? In this video we’ll walk through how to view activity on a contact record, but you can reverse engineer it to view on the activity you wish to see.

Note: this also works with deals, companies, tasks, any object that has an associated record you’ll be able to use these rules to apply them to whatever data you are trying to view on any object record.

Here are the steps on how to view activity on a contact record in HubSpot:

1. Navigate to CRM > Contacts and click on a contact record to view.
2. In the middle column, click on the Filter Activity dropdown under the Activities tab.
3. Check the box beside the Contact activity type that you want to see. Once it has been checked, the activity will appear on the contact record.
